1.Raw Material
According to customers’ requirement, we use different material to achieve your cost and performance standard. Q195 steel, Q235 steel, 201 and 304 stainless steel are most commonly used in our production.
2.Punching
All our cabinet hinge punching press machines are of high precision for sheet metal punching and stamping. With duplicated mould design, the production capacity can be 2 times up.
3.Surface
Our hinges are anodized by advanced automated equipment with high quality nickel plated and copper plated. For high corrosion resistance, we can make it up to 72+ hours spray test.
4.Assembling
With the latest generation of auto-assembling machines, you will get the hinges with clean surface and stable quality. Productivity efficiency is also 5 times up compared with hand assembling, which save the labor cost.
5.Packaging
All carton sizes are tailored to proper size and packaged tightly. 10% more quantity can be loaded to save the freight cost.
6.Loading
Professional loading team is experienced in loading the goods tidy for both single or mixed loading without waste any space and make the package free of damage while loading.
